Before founding JKB Home Design, I spent years managing complex, high-level projects at The Walt Disney Company — an experience that shaped how I approach design today. It taught me how to think strategically, anticipate what’s needed before it’s asked, and manage many moving parts with clarity and precision.
That same level of organization and attention to detail now defines every project we take on — ensuring a process that feels seamless from beginning to end.

Ashley Payne, Design and Project Management Coordinator, supports each phase of the process — helping maintain clarity, organization, and thoughtful execution throughout.
Cia Conley, Administrative Support, ensures the studio runs seamlessly behind the scenes, keeping communication and logistics handled with care.
